SA Landscape & Outdoor Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a licensed and insured landscaping and outdoor construction business operating in South Australia. Our services include landscaping, concrete retaining walls, driveway paving, stormwater drainage, fencing, concreting, artificial grass installation and excavation.

All quotes provided are based on the information and site conditions available at the time of assessment. Prices are valid for [Insert Number, e.g. 30] days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Any changes to project scope, unforeseen site conditions (such as underground obstructions, poor soil conditions or additional excavation requirements) or client-requested variations may result in an adjusted quote, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, with the balance payable upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms will be outlined in your individual quote or contract. Late payments may incur additional administrative fees, and we reserve the right to pause works until outstanding payments are resolved.

Project timeframes provided are estimates based on standard conditions and are subject to change due to weather, site access issues, material availability or other circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any expected delays as early as possible.

Clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the work site and for identifying the location of any private services (such as irrigation lines, pet enclosures or underground cabling) that may not appear on standard utility searches. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed or unmarked services.

Where a project requires council approval, permits or engineering certification (such as certain retaining walls, fencing or drainage connections), we will advise clients accordingly. Unless otherwise agreed, obtaining necessary approvals is managed as part of our service, however final responsibility for compliance with any owner-specific obligations (such as strata or heritage overlays) rests with the property owner.

We use quality materials suited to each project and South Australian conditions. Where specific brands, colours or materials are requested by the client and are unavailable, we will offer suitable alternatives for approval before proceeding.

Our workmanship is guaranteed in line with applicable South Australian consumer guarantees and any specific warranty terms provided at the time of contract. Manufacturer warranties on supplied materials (such as artificial grass, pavers or concrete sleepers) are passed on to the client as applicable. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, natural ground movement, extreme weather events or work carried out by third parties after project completion.

Clients may request changes to confirmed works, subject to availability and possible cost adjustments. Cancellations made after a deposit has been paid may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred, including materials ordered and time scheduled.

While we take all reasonable care to protect existing structures, gardens and property during works, some incidental impact (such as minor disturbance to nearby garden beds during excavation) may be unavoidable and will be discussed with clients in advance where foreseeable. We carry appropriate insurance for our operations; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, underlying structural issues, or conditions not reasonably identifiable prior to commencing work.

We may photograph completed projects for use in our portfolio, website and marketing materials. If you would prefer your property not be used for this purpose, please advise us in writing prior to project commencement.

Any personal information collected during the quoting and service process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, and any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
